Over the years we have been asked many times, why don’t we open a trade counter?
After a lot of thought and research, we made the decision to go ahead and open one with the main aim being supplying plumbers, heating engineers and tilers in the surrounding areas with our stand out service, topped with competitive pricing.
So in 2022, WB Trade was born!
The Trade counter is located in Ossett, just a 2-minute drive from the showroom, located in the old Victorian Bathrooms building.
The Trade counter is over two floors; on the ground floor you will find the trade counter shop, selling all of your everyday essentials for plumbing, heating, and tiling.
On the second floor we have an extensive bathroom and tile showroom for trade customers and the general public, the showroom is designed for the everyday non branded bathrooms at great trade prices.
We will always offer the very best customer service, a warm welcome and friendly member of staff will take care of all your needs.
We have a very simple philosophy, we stock every day essentials for the plumbing, heating and tiling trades, our aim is to keep good stocks on readily used products for everyone.
Although it’s hard to keep everything in stock, with so many trades using different brands and / or models within ranges; our stock levels are very good, and if we haven’t got it in stock, most goods are on a next day service.
Our pricing is very competitive, most merchants work from a retail price with a discount from that, we work differently, we work from cost + a small percentage, meaning you get the best possible pricing on all our trade essentials.
The Trade counter is a friendly place to visit, you will always be greeted with a warm welcome from our knowledgable staff.
We are here as an extension to your business and aim to go over and above our competitors, always putting your needs first.
We are here to help and advise where we can to find a solution for any problem you might have, quite often we come up with a solution that’s not always obvious, a fresh set of eyes is sometimes what is needed.
