Do we need an appointment to visit the showroom?

We always advise to book an appointment so we can guarantee we’re free to see you. We will of course see you if you come in without one if we are free.

Absolutely! Your thoughts, ideas and inspiration are always welcome and encouraged. We want to create your dream design and each one is tailored to your specific needs.

Yes we can, if you are happy with a design from another designer we can work with that. If we see another option that would work better, then we will always discuss this with you.

Yes we do. We always ask if you are able to come to the showroom first and bring rough measurements with you, from here we can create a design for you. We will always come out and confirm your measurements. If you’d prefer then we will come out to you first.

How long will it take to complete my new bathroom?

Depending on the work you’re having done depends on the time needed to complete. A fully tiled bathroom with recesses, feature tiles and a wet room, will take longer than a half-tiled bathroom where products are being replaced like for like. Roughly we would say anywhere between 7 and 14 days.

If your new toilet is going back in the same place, then we will temporarily fit this for you in a few hours (if needed). If you are having a new configuration and this is your only toilet, then a toilet will be there for you to use at the end of the first day, but it may be without a cistern so you’d manually flush it with items we’d leave for you

Our employed Wakefield Bathrooms installation team will install your new bathroom. We don’t use sub-contractors; we have complete control over the installation from start to finish. Any electrical / plastering works required are carried out by our approved tradesman that we’ve been working with for many years.

This depends on our diary at the time of booking, if you speak with our team they’ll be able to advise you.

Yes we do. Our employed installation team take care of everything from the rip out of your old bathroom, to the installation of your new bathroom. All electrical work / plastering / decorating in coordinated by us, so you don’t have to worry about arranging anything.

All of our quotes include the price of a skip or a rubbish removal service that is required. If you’d prefer to remove the rubbish yourself then please let us know.

Always. We use premium floor coverings to ensure they are kept clean and protected.

What guarantees do you offer on the products?

All of our products that we supply come with manufacturer guarantees. Depending on the brand they can range from 1 to 30 years.

Our installation comes with a 2-year guarantee. As long as you haven’t had further plumbing works done once we have completed (see our terms and conditions for further details).

Yes you can. We offer both the complete supply and installation package, and supply only.

As you can imagine there are hundreds of products we would love to display, along with the displays we already have. We try to display various styles / ranges / colours to give you the best possible options available, however, if there is something you’d like that we don’t display we can generally supply most products within the brands we are partners with.

We complete a survey of your room before we start, this will confirm that the agreed design will work with no problems, and everything chosen will fit as designed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cheque.

Upon agreeing your design and quote, we require a deposit of 15%. This secures your date and enables us to get the products on order.

No you don’t. A deposit is required to secure your date and for us to order in your products. Then when we deliver the products at the start of the installation the second payment is due, this is usually the total of the products. The final payment is due once the installation is completed, and you are happy with everything.

We don’t charge for delivery for all full installation projects. If you require products delivering from a supply only purchase then a delivery charge will apply to non-local areas.

It is rare that this happens, but unforeseen things can occur. For example, until the room is completely ripped out the extent of any items needed can’t be priced for. If the walls go back to brick when the old tiles come off, then the room will need re boarding. Or if you’ve had and leaks in the past then the likelihood of needing new floorboards will increase. We will always advise you along the way of any additions that are necessary to complete the install to our high standards.

This is a difficult one to answer and depends on the products / tiles / flooring you choose. Prices vary widely depending on the brand you pick and the products you require e.g. fully fitted furniture would be more expensive than a vanity unit. Based on the last 3 years, prices have varied from £10k to £30k, fully installed.

Can I use my new bathroom as soon as it’s completed?

You can use the WC straight away, but the wet areas (basin / shower / bath) in your new bathroom need leaving for 24 hours (as long as you don’t wipe any water off the silicone & grout), and 48 hours for full use including wiping water away.

Unfortunately no, we only install products that we have supplied. We have done this in the past and it can cause a lot of problems; if the products are damaged / don’t arrive in time, we can be waiting days / weeks for them to be replaced which has a knock on effect on future work. Also, we only like to install products from brands we’d recommend and are confident with, we wouldn’t be happy installing inferior products that don’t match our high standards.

Depending on your location our team will be with you between 8.30 and 9am. We will advise you before we start.
